Vinyl World does everything within its power to provide you with the best Vinyl 651 products possible. We pack everything as safely as possible to ensure you a great product. Occasionally there may be damage incurred to an order due to USPS handling of the packages. Even though this is in no way our fault we do guarantee our packages. To file a claim please contact us on our Facebook group.
Send a PM concerning the issue or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take pictures of all damage and send with your PM or email along with the order number and the shipping name on the order. PLEASE CONTACT US WITH ANY CLAIMS WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE. After the 2 days, we cannot control environment and claims CANNOT be accepted. Please take into consideration that some damage may not affect your work and can avoid the issue altogether. Help keep our prices low also by not having unneeded claims. You may be asked to return damaged items to receive a refund of any kind. Sheets can be +/- 1/2″ for variables by manufacturer/cuts. For damage to partial sheets, we will ONLY refund for the PART THAT IS DAMAGED. We will NOT REFUND THE ENTIRE SHEET COST.
PLEASE make sure your SHIPPING address is CORRECT ON THE WEBSITE and on PAYPAL since it is the address your package WILL BE SHIPPED TO. If it is shipped to the wrong address because YOU DID NOT ENTER THE RIGHT ADDRESS and is returned to me, YOU will be responsible for payment for reshipping. Vinyl 651 will NOT be responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address!!! The shipping address in Paypal and in the order form on the website should MATCH. Vinyl 651 is NOT responsible for STOLEN packages once USPS shows the package delivered to your address.
WE HAVE A ZERO CANCELLATION POLICY SO NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON SO BE SURE TO JUST PURCHASE ONCE AND MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT.
DO NOT HIT “SUBMIT ORDER” MORE THAN ONCE.
VINYL WORLD 651 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER ERRORS WITH PRODUCTS. Unless there is a manufacturer known issue we will not refund due to “this didn’t work for me” or “I ruined a sheet of vinyl.” Vinyl 651 is extremely hardy and very little goes wrong with it. Blaming it for human error will not work.
We try to stay on top of stock but if an item is OUT OF STOCK it may delay shipping 3-4 business days or we will refund automatically if there is no expected restock date.
Vinyl World may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Damaged product due to weather. If it is going to storm or you are going to be away from home PLEASE make sure to plan ahead for a safe option for your package. It is not our responsibility to plan for weather-related damage or for packages left out for an undetermined amount of time due to a vacation. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD OR MESSAGE ME TO HAVE YOUR PACKAGE HELD TO ENSURE SAFE DELIVERY. It is your responsibility to keep track of the expected time your package is arriving and plan for it.
Non-delivery of the product: Depending on the price of the product, Vinyl World may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item. USPS sometimes has delayed for unknown reasons, while we at Vinyl 651 ships quickly it is out of our control for a slow down with the postal service. Please allow 30 days in route to ensure any “lost” packages time to move through USPS system. After 30 days we can file a claim with USPS for the lost package but we can do nothing before that time.
Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check color charts available on this website as well as on the manufacturer’s site for each type of the product offered before making a purchase.
Vinyl 651 will NOT be responsible for human error or cutting errors while working with your vinyl. It is your responsibility to know how to use your cutter and know your settings and application needs.

Returns are gladly accepted as long as the products are unused/uncut. We do not accept returns on special orders, non-stocked items, or clearance items.
You can return any unused items to us, and we will refund your payment minus whatever shipping charges WE paid as long as the return(s) is/are still useable. Return shipping will be your cost.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (depending on the items). The restocking fee will be 15% of the entire purchase price including shipping.
Returns must be delivered back to us within 14 business days after the day the package was first delivered no exceptions to you.
SALES ARE ANNOUNCED AND POSTED ON OUR FACEBOOK GROUP. PLEASE BE SURE TO JOIN IT SO YOU CAN GET SUCH INFORMATION. START/END TIMES ARE POSTED THERE. THEY ARE NOT ANNOUNCED HERE. When a sale is complete if there are items in your shopping cart the prices will return to their normal “nonsale” prices. You will not be notified of this. Be sure to check your prices THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE checkout process to ensure you know how much you are paying for a product. This is a NO REFUND site. It is your responsibility.
SHIPPING TIMES: Normal shipping is 1-3 BUSINESS days from the time you order. PLUS transit time.
Big SALES WILL DELAY SHIPPING UP TO DOUBLE THE NORMAL TIMES.
Holidays delay shipping. If USPS is closed, we also are. Big sales may also delay shipping. We ship Priority or First Class based on the order itself and the safety of the product. It takes 2-4 days in transit barring any postal delays. I CANNOT control postal delays.
RUSH Processing: The $9.95 RUSH processing has nothing to do with SHIP times. It puts a RUSH on your order in our facility only. It moves your order to the top of the pile for customers who want their order shipped TODAY. It does not affect the speed of USPS in any way. It is still 2-4 day shipping times. Please plan accordingly and order early to ensure a timely delivery and happy customers? Orders MUST be placed before 2 PM EST to ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will ship the next shipping day. Rush Processing is only in effect for orders placed MONDAY-FRIDAY. If you pay for the rush on an order placed on Saturday, for example, shipping will be on Monday unless USPS is closed. Vinyl 651 is in no way responsible for USPS transit times. Once a package leaves our hands we no longer have any control over it. Delays happen and all contact should be made with USPS to find the package. If, after 15 days in transit, it is lost we can file an insurance claim for you.

YOU WILL GET A EMAIL FROM SHipstation WHEN YOUR PACKAGE SHIPS with TRACKING information. It may end up in your spam folder also. Please check in all areas and please give USPS time to update before contacting me to ask where your package is. Sometimes an extra day is needed to get your package to you for whatever reason within USPS. Remember we ship very quickly but once your package leaves us we no longer have control over it. What you see on USPS is the same thing I see some checking it too will not help expedite delivery in any way. Please be patient.
If there are issues with an order you receive; missing items, postal damage, etc please PM me immediately upon opening the package. CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR 2 DAYS PAST YOUR DELIVERY DATE. After 2 days we will no longer accept ANY claims for any reason. Please double check the HTV really loves to stick together? We also wrap sheets in other products sometimes for safety. There may be sheets inside Transfer Paper, inside other rolls, etc. for example. Please open everything before making a claim. Please send complete photos of the order, the box and pics of the invoice. We will refund or give a couple credit for your next order for any wrong items. CLAIMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PHOTOS. I will make insurance claims to USPS for transit damage for you. Wait times are generally 1 week for such claims. Once we receive the refund I will refund your order through your original funding source. PLEASE PM me and do not add it to the wall. We take care of our customers very well and if it is our error or I can help we are more than ready to do so? You may be asked to return the damaged product in order to be eligible for a refund of any kind. If something is missing or incorrect we will refund you or give you a coupon credit. We will NOT reship the item in most cases.
PLEASE do not make a report for a trivial claim. We at Vinyl 651 love happy customers and giving you great customer service but please do not report an edge being bent or a corner that you will never use anyhow. PLEASE only report things that affect your work. We do everything we can to make sure your shipment is safe. Tiny things will and do happen but please do your part in making sure our prices can stay as low as possible as well. Refunding a sheet that is 90% usable in the end will just raise prices. We will NOT refund for damage to 10% or less to a sheet.
